Using the Service

Fluente AI is an AI-powered language learning application that helps you practice speaking foreign languages through interactive conversations. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms. You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract with us.

You are responsible for your use of the Service and any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws. You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others.

Accounts

You may need to create an account to use some features of our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity on your account. We use third-party authentication providers (Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In) to manage account access.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers both free and premium subscription options. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features and unlimited conversation practice.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
• Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings, or through our in-app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store where you made your purchase, or according to applicable law.

Your Content

When you use the Service, you may provide voice recordings, text, and other content ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content.

By providing Your Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze Your Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This includes processing your voice recordings for speech-to-text conversion and providing language learning feedback.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to provide Your Content and that Your Content does not violate any laws or the rights of any third party.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• To use automated means to access the Service without our permission

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fluente AI, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

Fluente AI is an AI-powered learning tool and is not a substitute for professional language instruction. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. The AI may occasionally provide incorrect or imperfect language feedback.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUENTE AI, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
